Personal data processed and purposes
- Identity/contact (name, phone, email): account creation, order fulfilment and support.
- Customer transaction data (order, address, payment method): preparing and delivering orders, invoicing and accounting.
- Transaction security (IP, session logs): preventing unauthorised access, anti-fraud and system security.
Collection method and legal basis
Data is collected electronically through our web and mobile applications, support chats and payment pages. Legal bases: performance of contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest and explicit consent where required.
Transfers
Data is shared with hosting, email/SMS delivery, map and payment providers to the extent required, and with competent authorities where legally mandatory.
Your rights (Art. 11 KVKK)
You may request information, correction, deletion, anonymisation, learn the third parties to whom data was transferred, object to automated analysis and claim compensation. Send requests to info@vizayn.com.tr; they are answered within 30 days at the latest.
