1. Parties and Purpose
This Sales Agreement is entered into between Vizayn Yazılım, which provides the QRMenu service, and the business (Customer) that subscribes. This agreement regulates the scope of the digital menu service, pricing, payment and refund conditions.
2. Scope of Service
QRMenu provides QR code based digital menu, branch and product management, and payment integration services. The scope of the service provided is determined by the selected package.
3. Pricing and Payment
- The subscription fee is determined according to the selected package and period (monthly/yearly).
- Payment is made through a secure virtual POS; installment and refund conditions are subject to the relevant legislation.
- Subscriptions that do not pay their invoice under the specified conditions may be terminated unilaterally.
4. Termination and Refund
- A monthly subscription may be cancelled at any time; the cancellation takes effect from the beginning of the next period.
- Except for statutory rights, no refund is made for a period that has already begun.
5. Liability
QRMenu makes reasonable efforts for the continuity of the service; liability is excluded in cases of force majeure. The Customer is responsible for the security of its account and its content.
6. Dispute Resolution
The laws of the Republic of Turkey apply to disputes arising from this agreement; the competent courts shall be the courts of the Republic of Turkey.
