Privacy Policy
This page explains which data we process when you use the MealFly platform, why and how.
1. Data controller
Vizayn Yazılım San. ve Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti. (MealFly) acts as the data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
2. Data we process
- Account data: full name, business name, email, phone, username and password (stored irreversibly hashed).
- Business data: branch details, menu and product content, table and QR code data.
- Order data: order items, amounts, payment method, delivery address and order notes.
- Technical data: IP address, browser/device information, session and security logs.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Data is processed to provide the service, process orders, invoice, support customers, ensure security and comply with legal obligations. Legal bases: performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c), legal obligation (5/2-ç), legitimate interest (5/2-f) and explicit consent (5/1) where required.
4. Cookies
Our site uses cookies to remember your language preference, secure your session and store your selected currency. Non-essential cookies run only with your consent; you can change your choice from the cookie notice or your browser settings.
5. Transfers
Data is shared with hosting, email delivery, map and payment service providers only to the extent the service requires. Transfers to competent public authorities are made where legislation requires.
6. Retention
Data is kept for the duration of the service relationship and for statutory periods (e.g. 10 years for commercial books and invoices); afterwards it is deleted or anonymised.
7. Security
We apply technical and administrative measures such as access control, encrypted transport (TLS), irreversible Argon2 password hashing, IP-based access control and audit logging.
8. Your rights
Under Art. 11 of KVKK you may request information, correction, deletion, object to processing and claim compensation for damages. Contact us at info@vizayn.com.tr.
