Detailed Q&A
The most asked questions about call management (Caller ID), trunk settings, POS and phone orders, reports, customer/waiter/kitchen/courier apps, loyalty & complimentary sets, package limits and security.
Getting started & setup
How long does setup take?
About 1-2 hours: branch, menu and prices are loaded and QR codes are placed on tables. Large menus within one business day.
Do I need technical skills?
No. Menu, price, stock and staff management are done from the panel; our team helps with the setup.
How does the customer open the QR menu?
Scans the QR code with the camera; the menu opens in the browser. No app install required (PWA).
Can you import my existing menu?
Yes; an Excel list or your current menu images are enough — our team uploads the categories and products.
POS & order flow
Which devices run the POS?
In Windows, macOS or tablet browsers; works with touch screens, cashier monitors and tablets.
Which order channels are supported?
Table/QR, takeaway, phone, waiter, kiosk, online and marketplace orders plus courier. All tracked per channel on the dashboard.
How is a phone order created?
The customer card opens automatically on the call; “Open order” fills the phone-order form with the customer.
Do marketplace orders arrive in the POS?
Yes. They appear as “Marketplace/Courier” in the order list and are reported separately as channel revenue.
Split bill and merge tables?
Yes; split bill, merge tables, move tables and check labelling are supported.
Receipt printer support?
Network printers (IP:9100) and the server's Windows print queue are supported; for USB printers the receipt queue + browser printing flow is used.
Phone & call management (Caller ID)
How is the caller recognised?
The calling number is normalised to +90 and matched to customers by the last 10 digits; the card opens instantly.
Which providers are supported?
Twilio, Netgsm, Bulutfon and other SIP/VoIP providers; plus a USB Caller ID device for fixed lines.
Does it work with a classic landline?
Yes. An ETSI FSK compatible USB Caller ID device plus a background service on the POS computer is enough.
How do I set up a cloud trunk?
POS → Trunk Settings: enter the number (DID) and provider credentials. On Twilio the webhook is linked automatically; on Netgsm/other SIP you paste the given address into their panel.
Can I see missed calls?
Yes; missed-call list, call-back status, one-click follow-up SMS and “Called” marking.
How is the conversion rate calculated?
If the same customer places an order within 30 minutes after the call, it counts as a converted call.
How is lost revenue calculated?
Missed calls × average basket. If no calls converted, the branch's overall average order value is used and the basis is shown on screen.
Reports & statistics
What statistics does the dashboard show?
Orders/revenue, channel breakdown (table, phone, marketplace, courier…), gifts/complimentary, coupons/discounts, customer analysis, call conversion and profit impact.
How do I get the end-of-day (Z) report?
Select the day in the cash panel and close it; the register also closes automatically at 00:00. Days without activity are skipped.
Why does the register show 0?
The register is per day: if there is no activity on the selected day it shows 0 with a “last activity day” link. Totals like 19,000 may be all-time figures.
Do marketplace/online collections appear in the register?
Yes, but since they are not cash they are shown on a separate “channel revenue” line; they are included in total collections.
Can I export reports to Excel?
The call report can be downloaded as CSV/Excel; other reports can be printed or saved as PDF.
Which date ranges can I analyse?
Today, last 7 days, last 30 days and any custom date range.
Apps: from customer to courier
What does the customer app (MealFly) do?
Browse menu, place orders, save addresses, track orders, use gifts/coupons and see order history.
What is the waiter app for?
Take orders at the table, see table status, submit orders and receive bill/service call notifications.
How does the kitchen (KDS) app work?
New orders drop in instantly with preparing/ready flow, timing and live updates (SignalR).
What does the courier app provide?
Assigned deliveries, address and navigation, delivery status updates and courier receivables tracking.
What is the difference between Admin and Portal?
Admin manages the business (menu, branch, staff, complimentary/loyalty, settings). Portal manages the platform (tenants, packages, subscriptions, integrations).
Can I manage multiple branches?
Yes; menus, staff, printers, complimentary sets and reports are managed per branch.
Loyalty, complimentary & campaigns
How does the loyalty/gift system work?
You define a spend threshold; the customer earns the right, and the gift is added to the cart at 0 when the order is created.
What happens when a gift expires?
The right is cancelled and the record is removed; the same period will not grant another gift (duplicates prevented).
What is a complimentary set?
Automatic free item sets tied to a main product (e.g. haydari with kebab); defined per branch with statistics.
Where are coupons and discounts managed?
Campaign/discount rules are defined in the panel; discount rate and amount are tracked in reports.
Where does the customer see the gift?
In the mobile app cart it appears as “🎁 Gift 0” and is excluded from the total.
Packages & limits
Are package limits enforced?
Yes; branch, user and product limits are enforced server-side with clear error messages.
How many branches/users/products per package?
Starter 1 branch / 5 users / 50 products · Professional 5 / 25 / 300 · Enterprise 20 / 100 / 1,000 (5 users per branch).
Which packages include call management (Caller ID)?
Included in all three: Starter, Professional and Enterprise.
Any advantage for annual payment?
Yes; with annual payment you pay 10 months and use 12.
Security & compliance
Where is my data stored?
On our servers, isolated per tenant; each business sees only its own data.
Who can see which screen?
Role and permission based: separate rights for Admin, Portal, POS, Kitchen, Waiter and Courier roles.
Is it GDPR/KVKK compliant?
Privacy notices, cookie consent, retention periods and access control are provided; call numbers are protected as personal data.
How are sessions and passwords secured?
JWT-based sessions, role/permission checks, IP/WAF protection and request rate limits.
